Chocolate Cornflake Cakes Recipe For Easter

So there's one things that I'm really good at... making Chocolate Cornflake Cakes! This recipe is really easy to make and these cakes can be made by kids or adults in time for Easter Sunday. All you need is a saucepan, a mixing now, cake cases, a table spoon, a wooden spoon, and some weighing scales. Recipe wise all you need is the following:

    50g butter
100g of milk or dark chocolate
    3 tbsp of Golden Syrup
    100g of Cornflakes
Makes 12, 10 minutes to make

Step 1: weigh out the ingredients.

Step 2: boil the kettle and pour hot water into a saucepan. Then taking the mixing bowl, place on top of the saucepan so that it acts as a banmaree. Then place 100g of chocolate, 50g of butter, and 3 tbsp of Golden Syrup and stir until all the lumps have dissolved.

Step 3: pour the cornflakes into the mixture and stir until all of the flakes are covered in chocolate.

Step 4: place the mixture into cake cases and then add mini eggs on top.

Step 5: place in the fridge until chilled.

Will you be making your own Chocolate Cornflake Cakes in time for Easter?
