What if I told you that you as a follower of Eltoria can get free products sent to your home? Yep this can totally happen so grab a cuppa and keep reading. Youzz is a global community of brand lovers and everyone is welcome in the community to try products for free. There are campaigns from beauty to technology, food to fashion, and getting the ball rolling on this is so simple. All you have to do is register at www.youzz.net/unitedkingdom choose your favourite campaigns, try the products sent to you, give your honest feedback and share your brand experience both online and offline. It's like becoming a trend setter, content creator, product tester and a team player all in one! You can check out what campaigns are currently running by clicking here.

So in my first campaign I got sent some Baylis & Harding products and just look at them... they're gold (and you guys know how much I love the colour gold!). As I am heading off to the Caribbean this Christmas these two bags will make the perfect toiletry companions. The larger bag fits all of my necessities like toothbrush, toothpaste, mouthwash, facial wash, moisturisers etc, and the smaller bag is perfect for keeping all of my hair accessories safe. If I am totally honest of you Baylis & Harding wouldn't of been my first choice when it comes to a bag buy, but after receiving mine through Youzz, I will totally be shopping there in the future (the quality of them are amazing!).

Now who doesn't love good body products? Especially when you receive a Sweet Mandarine & Grapefruit Body Wash which smells incredible. Both of these products are uplifting and fresh so I will definitely be taking these away on holiday with me.

Above: check out what I got for Christmas
Note: Next week I will be away and will not be posting until Tuesday 3rd January. However on Tuesday 27th December and Friday 30th December I shall be uploading on my YouTube channel so tune in for that (click here).

Will you be joining Youzz to get your free products?

The Perfect Last Minute Christmas Present| Cohorted

This year I found myself struggling to find the time to shop for Christmas presents, I mean it is extremely time consuming especially when you don't know what to buy someone. Now if you haven't bought your partner, sister, or mother something yet for Christmas, don't worry because Cohorted have got you covered. Cohorted have a monthly Beauty Box where your loved ones can receive top of the range goodies at a huge discounted price. The box is excellent if the person in question is in love with all things beauty related and is up for trying new things. Since I have been receiving my Cohorted boxes I have really enjoyed trying out new products which I would of never thought to buy before. Let's just say I will never be using the phrase 'I want to try something new' ever again, I have fallen in love with so many new products!

Before we go into what I got in my December box, check out these gorgeous copper makeup brushes in the Ovali Brush Face Set... I am quite literally speechless. These oval styled make up brushes have ruled the market throughout 2016 but I haven't come across ones as pretty and as good in quality as these. The brushes are super light and each brush has been designed to provide an effortless application every time. In my new Get Ready With Me Christmas Day video (released at 5pm this afternoon) on YouTube, you will note that I am applying my make up with ease- I actually found applying my foundation with the Foundation Brush was much more easier than using a sponge (and I never thought that I would ever hear myself say that). I can guarantee that any recipient of these brushes would instantly fall in love (there is no need for a mistletoe here). If you would like to win a set of these brushes in my huge YouTube giveaway which ends soon, please click here to find out how you can enter.

Ok so let's check out what arrived in my December box. This month I received the ultimate Christmas Bath package and just look how cute each and every one of these products are. I would have to say that the two Winter Peaceful Soul Aromatic Candles by Lucy Annabella Organics and the Winter Village Luxury Shea Butter Soap from The English Soap Company are my favourites. These two products smell just like Christmas- sweet orange, frankincense, exotic helichrysum and shea butter (smelling a little similiar to a sweet hot toddy). The Plum & Ashby Lavender Bath Essence is also out of this world. I am a huge fan of lavender (A French Kiss Bubblebar by LUSH is a personal favourite of mine) and this bath essence really did put me in a relaxed state. Not only do I love the fact that it smells like pure lavender, but they have also included actual lavender and marigold in the product. For £35.00 a month you have received products at a value of £53.95- not bad ey.

Would you like one of these Cohorted boxes for Christmas? What would you like to receive in one?
Much Love

BUYING 12 MAKEUP PRODUCTS FOR £100| Pick6deals

Not every makeup look needs the most expensive make up in the world, especially when you can buy good makeup at a discounted price. Pick6deals is proud to introduce a brand new shopping experience where the website is built using solely a 'make a deal' strategy. Not only will you save a whole lot of money (I mean 12 makeup products for £100... need I say more?) but Pick6deals offer their customers a free price for one in every 6 products you choose from in the same colour or price strategy. Whilst I could easily spend well over £300.00 for 12 products in MAC, I have actually come to love a few products which were extremely affordable from Pick6deals. So to put it to the test, I re-created an everyday makeup using these products (video going up on my YouTube channel this afternoon at 5pm).

Overall the products I used did a really good job (all but the LA Girl Velvet Bronze which broke extremely easily), but I was most impressed with the following products: NYX Grinding Powder, Cover Girl Lashblast Volume Mascara, and Absolute New York's Pecan Brow Pencil. I loved the fact that the mascara and wand were packaged separately so you could take a good look on how volumising the wand was (from this you could also tell whether the product was clumpy or not). The NYX Grinding Powder was my most expensive buy at $26.00 and it was totally worth it. Not only does this powder offer a natural finish but it also reduces the appearance of pores which consequently gives you that flawless complexion that anyone would envy. Lastly the the eyebrow pencil was as good as any high end brand, if not better. Not only do you have a cream pencil which glides to make that 'on fleek' shape, but you also have a spooly to blend the product out. Now that's something you do not see on many high end eyebrow products.

The most practical product was most definitely Absolute New York's Sculpt Stick- I have never seen anything like it before! At each end of the stick you have a cream bronzer and highlighter which can be blended out using a sponge or a makeup brush. This stick is the perfect 'countering on the go' product and the colour of both products are beautiful.

Above: don't forget to tune in at 5pm to check out my makeover on my YouTube channel!

What would you select from the Pick6deals website?
Much Love

MY CHRISTMAS SCHEDULE

Hello my little muffins I hope everyone is enjoying the festive period (I know that I am!). So with Christmas day only 6 days away (yikes) I thought now was a good time to fill you all in on my Christmas plans. So this year for Christmas I will be jetting off to San Juan where I will be getting on a Royal Caribbean ship to sail around the Caribbean for 7 days- pretty cool right. We are heading to San Juan, St Kitts, St John, Curacao and Aruba and I honestly cannot wait to experience the white sand and clear blue seas. So as I will pretty much be in the middle of nowhere with no WIFI, I will not be posting on this blog between the 23rd December-4th January. However on my YouTube channel I am scheduling for two videos to go up on Tuesday 27th December and Friday 30th December so you will still be able to get bit of Eltoria whist I am away. I hope you all have a wonderful Christmas and New Year, thank you so much for all of your support this year! You can check out some of my videos from the 12 Days Of Eltmas below:

Don't forget that my massive prize giveaway (40+ prizes) ends on the 21/12/2016! You can check out how to enter by clicking here.

What are you up to over the Christmas period?
Much Love

Winter Fitness With South Beach

It's the season to enjoy mince pies, Christmas chocolate and pretty much all things calorific. This is why I am prepping you early for when you all come out of Christmas hibernation. With the average person gaining 4lb after their Christmas binge, exercise has never been so important when it comes to shifting those additional pounds. This is why I am here to help with my Christmas Belly Blitz (PE styled) workout video which will help to keep off the pounds during the festivities (released on my YouTube channel at 5pm today, click here). Not only is this 10 minute workout ideal for anyone, but it is also suitable to do at home so there is no excuse when it comes to keeping off that Christmas weight. As well as having a good routine planned, motivation is also key. This is why every year I update my fitness wardrobe with South Beach and this year they really do have some gorgeous pieces to get you in the mood.

I personally love this Autumn Black Leaf Mesh Applique Fitness Bralette paired with these Bergundy Seamless Fitness Leggings. Not only does the meshed out bralette look extremely comfortable, but it is all very supportive which inevitably makes it one of my favourite pieces to currently wear to the gym. Not only are these leggings suitable to workout in, but they also make the perfect lounging pants as this gorgeous deep wine/burgundy colour would look cute paired with a fluffy polar neck jumper.

You can never have enough bralettes in your fitness wardrobe, this is why I selected two of the same styles but in different colours. The Eclipse Fitness Side Strap Bralettes in burgundy and khaki are just gorgeous- talk about '#fitspo'. I love the side straps on both of these bralettes and they are pretty versatile when it comes to styling them with different things. Wearing these South Beach goodies really do get me in a mood for a hard workout!

Above: new video, 5pm today
Will you be doing my Christmas Belly Blitz workout at home? (tune in at 5pm by clicking here).

My Secret To Having Abs

Disclaimer: I am not a professional PT or nutritionist, advice given in this post are purely from my own experiences
Many people have the illusion that getting good abs entails not eating, but such perception is completely untrue. In my 'Strong Not Skinny' post I mentioned that a lot of people in the past often thought that I was skinny because I never ate. More recently I have been accused that my abs are photoshopped (which is ridiculous because photoshopping abs without making it look obvious is physically impossible). So I'm not entirely sure why 'being slim' or 'having abs' will always be subject to the degrading stigma of 'not eating' or 'being photoshopped'. Often in my life I have come to the terms that 'I will never win' when it comes to public opinion, but the most important thing is to be happy in your body and that is why I will always be a winner in my eyes. So, what's the secret to having abs?

Above: condition after lifting lighter weights, high reps
Moderation and patience is key. My abs have not miraculously appeared after a couple of sessions in the gym, it has taken 2 years to get into my current condition. Sure, I probably would of got there quicker with a much stricter diet but for me, I didn't want to lose my love for the gym and exercise. Abs are muscles which need to be grown through reps and resistance, so I am afraid just using treadmills and cross trainers are out of the equation when it comes to building. The best way to train abs is slowly whilst focusing on contractions- this can also be done through squatting or lifting weights in an arm session. Engaging your core is key. I also like to incorporate weight into simple ab exercises, for example, lifting a 10kg plate whilst doing sits ups on an Ab Bench. Overall I have seen huge improvements in my abs since lifting heavier weights and enduring an 'ab workout' does not necessarily mean doing a 100 crunches, you are probably better off squatting whilst keeping your abs tight. Just check out my before picture (above) and after picture (below), it shows the difference between lifting lighter weights to heavier.

Above: condition after lifting heavier weights, high reps
So how often a week do I train my abs a week? Probably only once or twice. This is because I also engage my abs in leg, arm and shoulder exercises (for example). There is never a session that goes by where I do not keep my abs tight- it's like I am always exercising two muscle groups at the same time. As there are different muscle groups of the abdominals, it is also important to incorporate different exercises which targets those areas. A good example would be oblique crunches to work the obliques and leg raises to work the lower abdominals. A few months a go I published 'My Ab Routine' on YouTube where I demonstrate (on the beach) a few of my favourite exercises which targets these areas. Click here to check that out or you can simply follow my current 'go to' ab exercise routine:

- x20 10kg crunches on the ab bench
- x20 10kg ab twists on the ab bench
- x40 pulsing ab crunches on the ab bench
- x20 (each side) full oblique circles on the ab bench
- x15 (each side) 5kg half oblique circles on the ab bench
- x20 weighted v-sit ups
-x20 weighted toe touch sit ups
x20 (each side) oblique crunches
x50 leg raises (not putting your hands on your bum but to your sides)
-x50 russian twists using a 8kg kettle bell
- For fun, grab your partners ankles and get them to throw your legs (side to side, front to front) and also do some scissor kicks... your abs will be in pain!

Above: click on the thumbnail to check out my Ab Routine
Whilst I have a clean diet, I sure do love a cheeky GBK, Indian or a few Harribo whilst I edit a YouTube video, but I would have to say that diet it 80% of what it takes to get a 6 pack (ever heard of that saying that 'abs are made in the kitchen'). Now sadly I do not have a 6 pack (more of a 4) but I truly believe that if my diet was extremely strict, it could be possible for me to have one. But for me portion control, drinking water and eating a high protein diet is the essential ingredients to good abs. Typically in a day I would eat the following:

- Breakfast: Omlette or a high protein yoghurt with blueberries
- Snack: nuts or a banana (or both!)
- Lunch: Tuna crunch with avocado, cous cous and sweet corn (a dab of mayo never hurt anyone)
Snack: high protein bar which is low in sugar
- Protein shake within half an hour after a workout
Dinner: anything from chicken, rice, mince meat, steak, vegetable etc...
Supplements: now I do take natural supplements and you can read about them by clicking here. I do not take fat burners as I do not believe in them.

But don't stress out if you have a mince pie or a burger for dinner, it's all about moderation. I mean if you have bad food all the time abs would probably not be possible, but just relax and enjoy yourself (I do and I have abs!). Now before I go on holiday or if I'm cutting up for a photoshoot, I do tend to increase my cardio in my daily workouts. I usually like to incorporate interval training or HIIT workouts or fasted cardio (for 30 minutes) in the mornings. This is where the treadmill and cross trainer is good for abs *smiley emoji*.

Do you have any secrets/or tips when it comes to having abs?
Much Love

The Perfect Stocking Filler| Olor London Perfume

Perfume is something that is very personal to a person and selecting one to represent them can be rather tricky. If you are a little like me you tend to stick with what you know, for me it is Paco Rabanne's Lady Million, but sometimes taking the plunge and trying something new can be rather costly. This is why selecting a few products from Olor London Perfume would make the best stocking filler to buy for someone this Christmas.

The idea behind Olor London Perfume is this; you buy 8ml designer perfume of your choice and have it delivered to your doorstep for free. That way you are able to try out perfume (before buying a large bottle) or simply have a few of your favourites without having to pay the hefty price tag that comes with it. For me, I love the fact that I do not have to smell the same every single day- one day I could be feeling the floral tones that Arpege has to offer over the honey tones of Chloe. Every single day can be stamped with its own personal fragrance- sounds good right?.

Additionally you can purchase these Perfume Cases in order to keep your fragrances super safe. Not only are they perfect for travelling, but they also make the best go to perfume product (say goodbye to carrying a large bottle around with you). In my black case I chose Burberry's My Burberry and in the red Dior's J'adore- to which I have fallen in love with and will be buying it in my next purchase.

What fragrance would you select?
Much Love

Diesel By Boxers & Briefs

So with the underwear market being as important and popular as wearing the latest Nike trainer,
updating your underwear drawers with a few designer purchases is the right thing to do this Christmas. Boxers and Briefs is the go to place if you are wanting to look for quality underwear that combines comfort with unbeatable style at a competitive price. What I love about Boxer and Brief is that they have size guides and a 'ask a question' service which makes picking the perfect pair of undies so simple. If that's not enough for you, use the discount code 'ELTORIA' in order to receive 20% off your purchase! So let's check out what I got from this fabulous site.

Diesel underwear is just so classy, just look at it, you seriously cannot fail in style and comfort wearing these. Out of all of the designer underwear on the market I would have to say that Diesel underwear is made out of the most comfortable material. Not only are these products soft to touch but they stretch to movement and they don't give you unnecessary wedgies whilst watching a christmas movie on the sofa (oh we have all been there). I selected Diesel's Women Miley S Stretch Jersey Bralette and Women OXY Stretch Jersey Brief in a blue/grey colour. The bralette is extremely supportive yet comfortable, whilst the briefs also echo in comfort. I'd have to say that these are probably my current favourite combination that I currently have in my undies drawer.

Lounging pants... LOUNGING PANTS! Now ladies these are THE most comfortable pair of lounging pants that I own. Seriously. Not only do they look fabulous slumming around the house in, but they are actually ideal to wear to the gym too. I can just tell that I will be wearing my Diesel Women RUMPY Stretch Jersey Lounge Pants 90% if the time over the Christmas period and who could blame me? Talk about luxury.

What takes your fancy this Christmas?
Much Love
